Does a LARGER SENSOR give you a BRIGHTER EXPOSURE? .... No!
Disclaimer: There will always be potential discrepancies between lenses due to individual light transmissions as well as differences from sensors in how efficiently they capture or process the data - but as a general rule there is no real correlation between sensor size and exposure level.
