Woensdag 8 juni 2022 om 20 uur in het Auditorium van Het Bolwerk, Bolwerkstraat 17 te Vilvoorde is er FILMVERGADERING:
- "Beyond the strings", een documentaire (16'14”) van Marcel De Jonghe en Peter Haesendonck over de jonge Japanse cellist Shuya Tanaka die al op 5 jaar piano speelde en op 8 jaar cello.
- "Escape from the dream screen", een computeranimatie (5'27”) van Bert Van Den Eede. Om te ontsnappen aan de realiteit van een vermoeiende wereld verdwijnt men vaak in de droomwereld van de smartphone.
- "Lars", een Vlaamse speelfilm (16') van Walt Bladt, opgenomen in Vilvoorde en omgeving. Het is het absurd verhaal van een golfbalduiker. De Brusselse filmschool Ritcs en de Vilvoordse duikclub Aquatica verleenden hun medewerking.
We keren ook nog terug in de tijd met:
- "Greenwaves", een sfeerfilm (5') uit 2006 van Paul Verhack.
- "De jas", een speelfilm (13') uit 2015 van Hedwig D'Huyvetter.
Woensdag 15 juni 2022 om 20 uur in het Auditorium van Het Bolwerk, Bolwerkstraat 17 te Vilvoorde is er FILMVERGADERING:
- "De laatste wildernis", een documentaire (11'50”) van Leo Janssen. In de zomermaanden bruist Alaska van het leven en is dan een brok ruige, ongerepte natuur met gletsjers, meren, rivieren en bossen met een rijke fauna en flora.
We bekijken ook enkele filmfragmenten van de professionele speelfilm “Miss Potter” waarin de tips worden toegepast die uitvoerig werden besproken in verband met professionele belichting en beeldcompositie.
Als afsluiter van ons 43ste clubseizoen worden alle leden uitgenodigd om een verfrissend drankje te nuttigen in de Bobar of, als de weersomstandigheden het toelaten, op het terras.
Fijn verlof !
Hiermee zijn we aan het einde gekomen van ons 43ste clubseizoen. Niettegenstaande de Corona-toestanden zijn we er toch in geslaagd om eindelijk terug een volledig clubjaar te vergaderen want inderdaad, vanaf september 2021 tot en met juni 2022 hebben we geen enkele vergadering moeten skippen.
Houd u gedeisd
De nieuwste speelfilm van ons clublid Piet Vandenpoel “Houd u gedeisd“ ging in première op donderdag 5 mei 2022 om 20.00u in het Cultureel Centrum de Warandepoort te Tervuren.
De projectie gebeurde in optimale omstandigheden, op een heel groot scherm en in een goed gevulde zaal met meer dan 200 toeschouwers. Wat een prestatie! Geen enkele filmclub, provinciale of nationale amateurfilm-federatie doet dit na. Proficiat Piet.
Bovendien verzorgde Piet op een voortreffelijke manier zowel de introductie als het nawoord waarbij de belangrijkste deelnemers in de bloemetjes werden gezet.
Na de film werd ook de ‘making of’ getoond.
In het najaar hopen we de film in de club te kunnen tonen.

- muziekoptredens voor het eindexamen van de leerlingen van de muziekacademie van Gooik
- lezing bij Volkssterrenwacht Mira te Grimbergen
- geschiedkundige documentaire van de kerken en kapellen in groot Gooik en de Stevenisten met pastoor Winnepenninckx
- optredens gedurende 3 dagen tijdens de “veldkantkermis” te Grimbergen
- de historische “paardenprocessie' te Kester die al om 6 uur 's ochtends vertrekt met 150 paarden.
