How to Create the 2.5D Effect Using Photoshop CS6 and Motion 5

Sure you can add still photos to your video and let them just sit there. But you can add a little movement to make them even more awesome.

This video demonstrates how to create the 2.5D effect (which can be more interesting than the Ken Burns effect). I use Photoshop CS5 and Motion 5 in the video.

The Ken Burns effect is a motion graphics technique which pans and zooms still images to create motion and depth. The effect has evolved to include panning in 3D space which is what we'll be doing in this tutorial.
