Woensdag 8 november 2023 om 20 u in het Auditorium van Het Bolwerk FILMVERGADERING met kwaliteitsbegeleiding van Breedbeeld.
Tony Jacobs, één van de beste amateurfilmers van Vlaanderen brengt ons een avond over speelfilm en alles wat daarbij komt kijken: synopsis, scenario, draaiboek, acteurs screenen, opnamelocaties zoeken, filmopnamen maken, geluidsopnamen, monteren, sonoriseren.
Tony filmt al vele tientallen jaren en maakt voornamelijk speelfilms waarbij hij niets aan het toeval overlaat. Hij beperkt zich dan ook tot maximum één kortfilm per jaar. Zijn films vallen niet alleen nationaal maar ook internationaal in de prijzen.
Woensdag 15 november 2023 om 20 u is er FILMVERGADERING VRIJ PODIUM met alvast volgende films:
- ”57 facetten”, een documentaire (28') van Johan Leemans uit 1986. De film, oorspronkelijk gemaakt op super-8 pellicule, handelt over het manueel bewerken van diamant. Deze film werd laureaat op de provinciale wedstrijd in 1986 en is één van de 13 films die op het laureatenfestival van “50 jaar Bracina” op zaterdag 4 november 2023 wordt vertoond. Daarna stopt Bracina.
- ”One Square Story”, een speelfilm (5'41”) die bekroond werd op de UNICA, de internationale filmwedstrijd voor amateurs.
